Refund Policy


Warranty, Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

SLIMSTARR

SLIMSTARR will NOT provide warranty on any of its items but will consider refunds, returns and exchanges in certain conditions.

SLIMSTARR will only approve refunds, returns and exchanges on the following conditions:

- If the item does not arrive at the destination within 14 days of Shipment (is not applicable if in transit with courier company).
- If there is a physical fault with the item (subject to photographic evidence and dispute).
- If the item sent is a different colour, size, style.
- If the item is sent to the wrong address due to an error by SLIMSTARR.
- If the item is purchased from a country where it cannot be shipped to due to difficulty and excessive costs, the customer will be notified and refunded the full amount.

SLIMSTARR will NOT approve refunds, returns and exchanges on the following conditions:

- If the item is not the correct size (Please use sizing chart carefully),
- If the customer changes his/her mind after ordering,
- If the item is sent to the wrong address which was provided by the customer,

-If the item is purchased as a gift for someone else and does not fit,

LIPSTARR

LIPSTARR will NOT provide warranty on any of its items but will consider refunds, returns and exchanges in certain conditions.

LIPSTARR will only approve refunds, returns and exchanges on the following conditions:
- If the item does not arrive at the destination within 14 days of Shipment (is not applicable if in transit with courier company).
- If the item sent is a different colour and product.
- If the item is sent to the wrong address due to an error by LIPSTARR.
- If the item is purchased from a country where it cannot be shipped to due to difficulty and excessive costs, the customer will be notified and refunded the full amount.

LIPSTARR will NOT approve refunds, returns and exchanges on the following conditions:

- If the item is not the correct colour/product due to customer error,
- If the customer changes his/her mind after ordering,
- If the item is sent to the wrong address which was provided by the customer,

 

All claims will need to have a dispute opened by the customer and evidence may be necessary.

SLIMSTARR and LIPSTARR may not be liable to pay for return couriers on certain conditions.

Returns on certain items may not be allowed due to hygienic purposes.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges may not be allowed if there is evidence of deformities and or usage by the customer.

Shipment time on return items is 14 days from closure of dispute.
